Return and Refund Policy
At Snout Scout, we want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not right, please get in touch at snoutscout.co@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to sort it out fairly.
Returns
We accept return requests for eligible non-food items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

the item must be returned with original packaging where possible

proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

edible cards

treats, chews, or other consumable products

personalised or custom-made items

used, washed, worn, or damaged items not caused during delivery

gift cards, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at snoutscout.co@gmail.com, with

a brief description of the issue

clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need help with sizing or product suitability before ordering, please contact us and we’ll help you choose properly. Saves everyone a headache.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the wrong item was sent

the item arrived damaged

the product is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We can’t refund what never makes it back.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order will fall under the return eligibility rules above.
