Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • suspected fraud

  • incomplete or incorrect shipping information

If your order is cancelled after payment, any applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Dog Safety and Supervision

Some products sold by Snout Scout are intended for dogs. You are responsible for ensuring that any product is suitable for your dog’s size, chewing habits, dietary needs, and health condition.

For edible products:

  • ensure fresh drinking water is available

  • discontinue use if your dog shows any adverse reaction

Snout Scout is not responsible for misuse, overconsumption, allergic reactions, or failure to supervise your dog during use.

Sizing and Fit

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering products such as snoods or wearables. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase. We are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
